Help use OpenFlashChart in sharepoint?

I used Openflashchart2.0 to built chart in sharepoint.
But I have problem :
Open Flash Chart
IO ERROR
Loading test data
Error #2032
This is the URL that I tried to open:ofc_handler.aspx?
chartjson=abc&ec=0
I use
<add verb="*" path="ofc_handler.aspx"
type="OpenFlashChart.WebHandler.ofcHandler, OpenFlashChart"/>
in web.config of web app but do not success.
Please help me!
