My work clock with NFC?

I would like to set up an NFC tag at my office so I can just tap my phone (Samsung Galaxy s III) and clock in or out. Is it possible? Do you have any instructions for it?

I second this request. It would be so convenient to be able to tap an NFC tag to punch in/out. Can you please let us know if you will be providing this feature? Or if your app is open source please point me to the source and I am happy to contribute this feature.

This idea sounds great, but I am thinking, with a location aware app like tasker or llama wouldn't it be easier to have the My Work Clock app kick off the clock in when arriving at work and clock out when leaving the workplace (something like llama can be set to run apps etc. based on location).

Is this possible? Is it possible to start the app with arguments? (is this even possible on Android - total newbie, sorry).
