Attached is the revision of 3rd meeting minutes for some below update. 

1. Yin Ping had completed the crisis intervention module ( out reach to college.)

2. Disted college agreed to have the workshop, pending to work out for the date.

Dear all,

My utmost apologies for the late posting of minutes. Attached is the copy of the 4th SPC meeting minutes for 2016 - at least on whatever I understood.

Kindly go through and check is there are discrepancies.

Have also included some info from the Whatsapp chatter - its highlighted in yellow along with whatever I am not sure off.
