Greetings from PWDC!

It is time again for us to rise to the challenge of Penang Goes Orange and fight Violence Against Women (VAW)

This year, Penang Goes Orange will see its launch at Penang on 6 @ Gurney Paragon Mall, during the Retro Carnival. Instead of just a few hours, we have been given the space to hold our activities for 2 DAYS! This means RETRO CARNIVAL GOES ORANGE together with all of us, and we will be making a presence and raising awareness for the elimination of VAW at Gurney Paragon on 14 & 15 Nov.

Details of the programm:

Date: 14 - 15 November 2015

Time: 10am - 8pm

Venue: Penang on 6 @ Gurney Paragon Mall

PWDC invites you - our key partners in the fight for gender equality and social justice - to join Penang Goes Orange 2015. We hope that you will take this opportunity to reach out to the public on VAW and your own community's plight at Retro Carnival Goes Orange.

How can you be part of the 2-day event?

We are looking for the following:

1. Set up of booth + promote your cause/organisation on 14 & 15 Nov
2. Organising awareness raising activities at your booth on 14 & 15 Nov
3. Sale of your organisation's products
4. Handing out your organisation's merchandises to the visitors
5. Organise a 10 - 20 minute talk on 14 and/or 15 Nov (to be slotted in the overall programme)

What do you get in return?

1. Recognised as partners of Penang Goes Orange 2015 - the only state government campaign in Malaysia on the elimination of VAW
2. Public outreach for your organisation
3. FREE exhibition/merchandising space in Gurney Paragon for TWO days 

Do get back to me by Monday 2 NOV on your decision.
