A fully-funded PhD studentship in Evolutionary Computation is available within the AI Group at the University of the West of England (www.bit.uwe.ac.uk/aig) for an EU citizen. Possible projects would include (but are not be limited to):
- interactive evolutionary algorithms using multi-modal haptic interfaces
- co- adaptation of evolutionary, social and individual learning systems
- extensions of Learning Classifier Systems
