adding ST layer in arcgis

I try to load a shapefile from a postgres database with ST-links but I still can not do it because it shows me this error:

I would guess that your system uses the dot character (.) as decimal separator and st-links needs the (,) comma sign or vise versa.

You can change this for your operatingsystem i windows control panel and language/regional settings.
