Trouble with opening STSpatialkit in ArcGIS

I am currently using ArcMap10.3 through my school using CitrixReceiver. I downloaded STSpatialKit 3.0.4 setup and installed it, however, when I am on ArcMap > Customize > Extension, I do not see ST-Links SpatialKit.
What do I have to do to solve this problem?
p.s. I also downloaded and installed .NetFrameWork 3.5 and Microsoft SQL sesrver, but I am cannot get ArcMap to displace ST-Link SpatialKit.
Please help. My internship depends on this.
