Fail to add layers to arcmap

Hi, i get this error when a try to add a layer from Postgis 2.1, both in 4.0 and 3.0.4, using ArcMap 10 with Windows XP and Windows 7 too.

This is a compiling error. You can download a new one from the website, It should have solved the problem.
