Installing ST Spatial Kit 3.0.3 with ArcMap 9.3

Hi,

 

I've run the setup program to install ST Spatial Kit 3.0.3, and everything seemed to go fine-- I got a message that the install was successful.

 

However, when I load ArcMap, the extension does not show up in Tools / Extensions?

 

Any ideas??

 

I'm running on Windows XP.
