release: SpatiaLite 5.0.1

Hi all,

the final stable version of SpatiaLite 5.0.1 is now released.

this simply is a very quiet bug fixing release; no new 

functionalities were introduced but many annoying bugs have

been definitely fixed. 

even more important, now SpatiaLite nicely supportes the very 

recent PROJ-7.2.1 and GEOS-3.9.0

upgrading from version 5.0.0 is warmly reccommended.

Is there any plan to provide windows binaries reflecting the current 5.1 version?

I was trying to do some KNN querying using the this documentation: https://www.gaia-gis.it/fossil/libspatialite/wiki?name=KNN2 

I was running into some issues, which this post https://groups.google.com/g/spatialite-users/c/mfgSdmSRYsY/m/A3w227x8BgAJ explained about the new KNN2 module not being in the most current binary version available.
