mod_virtualpg.dll binaries for Windows 64 bit

Hi,

I'm trying to find somewhere I can download pre-complied binaries for virtualpg for Win64.

I have it instaklled for Linux & have an SQL script that provides an ingestion process from Sqlite3 to Postgres.

I need to also run this on Windows.

I have found the page to download the source code, but all the links I have found online that supposedly provide pre-compiled binaries are broken.

Can anyone suggest where I could find these?
