[PATCH] configure.ac GEOS related changes

Hi Sandro,

please find attached a patch that fixes 3 minor issues:

- the error message about 'libgeos_c' (>= v.3.11.0) mentioned a wrong
name for the configure switch to disable GEOS 3.11 feature
(--disable-geos3100 instead of --disable-geos3110)

- in AC_ARG_ENABLE(geos3100) , there was enable_geos370=yes set instead
of enable_geos3100=yes

- I've also modified the default value of enable_geos3100 (resp.
enable_geos3110) to be set from the one of enable_geos370 (resp.
enable_geos3100), so that when you disable let's say GEOS 3.7, it also
disables 3.10 and 3.11 automatically.
