new release: FreeXL-2.0.0-RC2

New release candidate for FreeXL-2.0

After an unexpected long delay I was finally able to fix an elusive bug that 

sporadically prohibited the reading of XLSX files created by MS Excel;

this issue was never reported  about XLSX files created by LibreOffice Calc.

The source tarballs of this second (and hopefully last) Release Candidate 

are available from here:

If no comments or remarks arrive I'm planning to release a stable final version
