libjsqlite-spatialite-android for spatialite 4.2.0

Based on the source code of libspatialite-4.2.0.tar.gz, a 4.2.0 version has been compiled for:
- armeabi, armeabi-v7a and x86

A download link for the archived library’s can be found at the top of the projects main wiki-page:
