final release candidate: libspatialite-5.0.1-rc1

a second 5.0.1 release candidate is now available:

relevant changes:

1. several annoying bugs affecting IS NULL and IS NOT NULL clauses

on Virtual Tables (VirtualShape, VirtualDBF etc) have been fixed.

it should be noted that such bugs were present since the very

first introduction of Virtual Tables and weren't never reported.

2. the standard behavior of build options --enable-rttopo and --enable-gcp

has been inverted, and now are both enabled by default.

you can eventually disable the one and/or the other by explicitly

configuring your local build as

./configure --disable-rttopo --disable-gcp

3. updated the library SONAME

this is the expected to be the last release candidate; if no

issues will be reported in the next two days I'll go for

the final release of 5.0.1 on next Sunday.
