Tool to inject both SA3D and SAND?

Is there a preferred tool to inject both SA3D and SAND boxes to an MP4? And can Youtube play this yet or is that yet to be launched? The 360 video metadata injector doesn't seem to support this, so I have no way of testing it.

At this point is there any way to do this? How can you have VO/Music and spatial audio, for instance, in a YouTube 360 video?
