The correct way to go about this is to contact Take-Two, Rockstar and/or 2K directly using any channels available (forums, support channels, direct emails) and ask for them to (re)consider the matter and allow access to the mods.
Remember that it is your legal right, as paying customers of Take-Two, Rockstar and 2K, to use the games you bought in conjunction with any other piece of software, and that their DMCA bomb is preventing you from exercising your customer rights.
By supporting the idea otherwise; it could open the door to say emulators for consoles break copyright. With Oculus platform technically like a console being a closed platform; that both Revive & Pimax for there different methods of allowing non Oculus Headsets play Oculus games. Revive using an Oculus to steamvr translation layer. Or pimax injecting native Oculus compatibility to play without SteamVR.
The code as has been said is custom code. A modder could simply create a launcher after creating several say vr mods, list the games that are currently compatible and add more later. Now you have something that looks more like a VorpX.

But now, when I want to watch or play 3d content with my lenovo laptop I can't. Tridef is unable to engage 3d mode and in powerdvd when I click the 3d button I get the same error: fail to enable stereo 3d.
Here is an update: I managed to be able to watch 3d movies on the PotPlayer 64bit software Global Potplayer meaning that the intel hd4600 and my hdmi cable works. But I still can't see the 3d stereoscopic button on the display settings, neither watch 3d movies on powerdvd 16 plus, nor use tridef software.
I have another laptop with an onboard amd graphic card and I can see the 3d button in w10 display settings and also there is a 3d label on the resolution that my acer k330 projector supports (800x600 3D and 1024x768 3D).
