How to set default connector style

is there a way to set the default connector style? I'd like it to be square orthogonal by default instead of having to always change it.

Currently you can only set the default to Direct, Auto-routing or Custom, not Bezier, or any of the tree styles or orthogonal styles. But if you create a stereotype in a profile, you can define any line style to that stereotype. Search the help for _lineStyle for guidance.

Could you direct me to the article? I tried searching _lineStyle but couldn't find anything

Open the Help/Help Contents from EA and then Search for _lineStyle. One hit...
