Merging Files in Cloud

I am working on developing EA models using Sparx EA. We have a MySQL database set up in cloud. Me and my colleague would like merge each others file. Suppose I generate File1.eap and My colelague generates File2.eap. I have generated a xmi using project export called File1.xmi. How do I transfer this xmi file to database in cloud using sparx EA.
