Hello Team,

Please find below a wonderful opportunity to hog the lime light!.

For the upcoming area contest on Sept 11 (6:00 pm at Xilinx, San Jose) the President of the San Pedro Squares Toastmasters AND the Contest Chair would like to get a few nominations from our club to volunteer for various open position listed in the email chain.

Congratulations on the new club! I wanted to introduce myself as President of the San Pedro Squares Toastmasters AND the lucky Contest Chair for the upcoming contest!

Would it be possible to have some of your club members take a role in the contest? Two judges from your club are required, and if 2 or 3 members of your club to take on other roles, it would help the event tremendously!

We currently need:

Registration
Sergeant at Arms
Evaluation Contest Toastmaster
Tie Breaker Judge
Evaluation Contest Judge
3 Ballot Counters
Timer
2 Judges (required)
