RC CAR ABSTRACT
Basically we have a DC motor cars with geared motor which would be
controlled by wireless remote having reciever and transmitter signal
For our machine specificaion we have kaeep in mind the
• Electronic model
• Mechanichal model

MACHINE PARTS
1. CHASSISIit is a basic sole of car where all the body parts are
interconnected.it controls all the funtions of the car it is the
place where all the circuit is to be planted,it holds motor,
servo,soccer arrangement,springs,it is also the bilding block forrest
of the body.
• Here wee using wooden chassis made upof plywood to make our weight
light which would enable us to be in given weight limit and help us in
speed racing

• Apart from chassis rest part would be made up of steel

BODY:
• Entire body would be specially designed with steel
• Body would supported with plastic tyres so that to have sufficient
friction to handle the torque appplied.also friction woul be deciding
factor in our tracks of U and S turns

Steering mechanism:
• Here we are using mechanichal four wheeled steering mechanism.off
course it would be the deciding factor
• We would be using servo for steering of ange 15 degrees suffficient
enough to take all those turns
• Basic mechanism behing our steering would be damping as we have to
use only one motor we think it would be the best
• This mechanism will help us specially in cornering.and as well as
drifting

ELECTRONIC DESIGN
The basic set up of entire electronic circuit would be under chassis

Suspension mechanism
It consist of following parts
• Electronic circuit control unit—which would be under the control of
chassis chassis would be holding it.it is the basic ciruit diagram of
racing car which would even include the receiving signals as we are
using wire less remote
• Sensors—for receiving and transmitting signals of wireless remote
• Servo—specially used for turning mechenism its best fit we suppose
• Soccers


Our basic aim to use such suspension is to improve drive
control,handling the high torque efficiently


Motor:
Weng are using dc geared motorwhich would have a bit low torque
Hence we are using gear system to lower speed and increase the torque
for u turn and s turns respectively.
Iwe can cannot high torque just for controlling reasons hence optimum
torque could be applied of about 400 rpm

Battereies:
Since we are using a racing we have to rechargable batteries………
Batteries of 12 v are tobe used.which would be rechargable…to gear up
the racing car
