Fellas,

Great game last night, im still on a mini high from it.  O-line, you guys played great, especially on those last 2 drives.  The play that turned the game, that pass to Sammy on the sideline - that was 100% due to the time I had.  Defense, I think we have the best defense in the league.  Aside from the one scramble up the middle that the QB had, they really didnt do much else.

However, I am going to throw a little bit of cold water on this.

1. What the hell was I doing throwing the ball at the end of the game.  I literally almost gave them the game on that play.  There was no reason to even attempt it - next time in that situation in the huddle if we are discussing a pass, someone step up and just say "Run it".  Lets just milk the clock and give it back to our D, the best D in the league.

2. False starts and offsides.  We had way too many.  We need to get a handle on that.  On O, we probably wont try it much more, on D the LBs have to remind the line before every play to be ready for it.

3. INTs.  We've dropped about 5 or 6 INTs in the first 4 games.  Maybe guys are looking where to run before they secure the catch.  Catch it first, anything we get after that is a bonus.

4. Everyone needs to be at the field at least 20 minutes before kickoff.  We didnt get a pregame huddle this week, and Tmak was stalling the coin toss.  Lets all make a better effort to be there with enough time to warmup and go over adjustments iA.

Congratulations fellas, after last night im washing the coaches.  I'm going to be on vacation all of next week, i'll be back saturday night iA.  If anything happens and I got delayed to Sunday or something, Islam you can get the coaches from my house.  Theyll be in the basement.
