Remember, YOU are fully responsible for any damage, both physical and digital, that is inflicted on the device either intentionally or unintentionally.
Any other questions regarding the safe use of the laptop and browsing the internet should be asked directly to a Library employee in person, via phone at (724)-248-7122, or sent to the Burrell Township Library email at burrelltown...@gmail.com.
Free wireless internet access is available from Armstrong throughout the Municipal Center, including the Library. Most users can simply bring in their wireless-enabled laptop computer and turn it on. Choose the open network Cranberry Township Building to connect.
Your laptop should automatically recognize the wireless network. No special encryption settings, user names or passwords are required. If your laptop does not have a wireless built-in, you can install a WiFi compatible network card. The Library cannot guarantee your equipment will work with the Library's network. Since everyone's computer is different, the staff is not able to help you configure your computer. If you need assistance, you may need to contact the hardware or software manufacturer.
A limited number of laptops and tablets are available at the Main Library and all Branches for patron use. They may be checked out for use inside the libraries only on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.

Conness spoke of the fire damage earlier this week while standing inside the wooden framework of the new 7,000-square-foot township office building and garage that is being erected on the footprint of the former highway department building at 404 N. Springfield Ave.
The township's workshop, adjacent to the office building and still standing when the smoke had cleared, was spared because of the township building's east firewall. The workshop, however, sustained heavy smoke damage throughout.
