Malware

I can not download the newest copy of Spark because of Malware alarms.  Is anyone else having this problem.  The entire site seems to have this problem.  I am  using AVS malware checker, and it is the same on two computers.  Would love to try the software on my new Hermes.

these appear to be false positives by a very few virus checkers, It is a real pain to contact the companies to fix this as it keeps happening. Out of interest can you see if https://www.sparksdr.com/download/SparkSDR.2.0.991.win64.7z.zip works for you This is simply the same program zipped up with 7zip instead of windows built in zip, sometimes that is enough to to prevent the false detections.

I have looked into code signing to prevent this but it is a quite expensive ongoing cost and I'm not sure it would work.  I might revisit putting the app in the windows store.

Allan, thanks so much.  Again, my Avast program stopped me from downloading the program.  I am using the older version now, and I have to tell you

how much I enjoy the software.  It has so many great features, and works very well for me.  The CW decoding program works extremely well.  I am a new Hermes user, and having so much fun with the rig.  Hopefully the problem will be solved soon, but for the moment, I am a very happy amateur.
