I love this software but I still have problems to use all its capabilities.

No problem at all to use CW, SSB, FT8 modes.
But if I select my two digital favourite modes: JS8 and WSPR how can I use them. I hace JS8Call v.3.0.2 and WSJT-X improved v.3.1.0 installed. 

I see that I don't have to start WSJT-X to use FT8 mode with SparkSDR, but what should I do to transmit WSPR beacon? Should I separately start WSJT-X or not like in FT8 mode? And should I trigger the PTT of SparkSDR or what else should I do?

The same question about JS8 mode: should I start JS8Call or not? Will the installed JS8Call software be recognized even stopped like WSJT-X?

OK I have the answer for WSPR, it just works like FT8 and the manual explains it well.

But what about JS8?

For JS8 you need to run SparkSDR in DigiU and connect the audio to JS8Call using virtual audio cables (assuming that you are using Windows). Details have been described on this and the HL2 forum but I'm happy to PM if you want.
