Spark installed & running but no RF out of HL2

Hi

I have installed Spark and done my best to get through setup. I can key the HL2 using my MIDI interfaced K3NG keyer, PTT operates and sidetone is audible but I have no RF output. Cranking the drive control to max didn't help. I suspect I have missed a PA enable box somewhere or something similar. Help appreciated.
