Unable to transmit with PTT

Having an issue with 995, pushing the PTT to enter transmit mode does not trigger the transmit, although I see the mic indicator showing audio, the drive is set to 255 and yes PA is enabled. Whats puzzling is the tune button works perfectly and does trgger the amp and I can control the power with the Tune drive, but I am unable to do it with the mic. So audio is there, it does trigger the amplifier because I see the standby drain current go up but it just does send any audio, like I said, tune works like a softare audio issue. 

Any solutions? is this on 955 only? NNeed help. It does work with out software like sdrbery so it's not the hardware setup

The audio input and output settings in the menu are  correct set??

Wich hardware are you using??

Yes they are, input and output set to the correct one, you see the MIC audio bar when your speaking into the MIC, so it is getting to the software and it is enableing the amp, its just nt sending the audio, WSPR works and TUNE, so the hardware loop is good, just in PTT mode no audio.

Just to add, I have a PI4B with RADIOBERRY installed and a preamp board on top of it. Works with other software in PTT mode, just not with sparkSDR and same setting.
