Popping in speaker when start SparkSDR

I am running a Hermes-Lite2+ on Windows 10, when I start SparkSDR the speaker starts popping. This happens on both of my Hermes-Lite2+ machines. Thetis runs fine.

Anyone know how to fix?

I am running 2.0.991.0 on SparkSDR, but a older version 2.0.33.0 does the same.
