What computer and OS are you using?
What version of  SparkSDR did you install?
I find that SparkSDR to 2.0.33 works with API 3.15, but the newer test versions do not.
However, the latest test versions are not available for my Raspberry Pi.

Trying to get SparkSDR to see my RSP1b. I have SDRPlay API 3.15 installed.
Thanks for any suggestions.

I use Raspberry Pi. Version  2.0.984 and later are not available, so I consider Spark SDR broken with API 3.15.

v2.0.33 works with my Raspberry Pi and SDRplay RSP1A with API 3.15, but my other SDRs do not.
I know he's working on it, so I'll have to wait.

The thread title says it is about the RSP1b, not Windows. I use both Windows & Raspberry Pi and found the information useful.

This conversation is about the windows version. It is not broken on windows. It may very well be broken on raspberry pi. Chiming in about raspberry pi on a windows related thread is not ethical and out of scope. I have solved it anyway. More replies are not necessary, and there is no reason for any more replies because I solved it. How? Installing the correct version in the first place.  SOLVED!

It's also about Windows in that there are no SparkSDR releases for RSP1b for other OSes.
