Raspberry pi SDRplay beta

Hi group,

here are beta releases for SDRplay radios on raspberry pi.

The 64 bit version seems to have an issue if you use the the headphone audio socket on the rpi, everything slows to a crawl, it works for me with an external usb audio interface, I would be interested to hear if anyone else has this issue.

You need to install the api from the SDRplay website, (only the api is needed)

the api install files from the SDRplay are called  

SDRplay_RSP_API-ARM64-3.07.1.run (ubuntu arm 64bit)

or 

  SDRplay_RSP_API-ARM32-3.07.2.run (32 bit)

to install make sure the file is executable and then run with ./ SDRplay_RSP_API-ARM32-3.07.2.run or ./SDRplay_RSP_API-ARM64-3.07.1.run 

and reboot when finished
