Hello,

I have been struggling with configuring RFT-SDR Blog V4c SDRs into the Spark SDR application running on an UpToDate Win 10 platform. My issue is with this configuration I am unable to receive any signals, the waterfall and all other functionalities seem to perform normally but no signals!!!

My hope is to run four of the RTL-SDR Blog V4c units plugged into a usb3 bridge, set to receive wspr and ft8 on all four ham bands of 10m, 6m, 2m and 70cm in a skimmer mode. With received data uploaded to WSPRnet and PSK reporter sites. The Spark software application would look to fit these requirements perfectly!

I am using SparkSDR version 2.0.991.0.

I have used the RTL-SDR Blog V4c units on other SDR applications like SDR+++, SDRSharp and SDR Connect without any issue.

However, I have used the SDRPlay RSPdx-R2 SDR on the SparkSDR application without issue.

On the SparkSDR setup I have ticked the radio button “user rtl driver”.

I have also installed the RTL-SDR driver using the zadig driver application, selecting “bulk in Interface”0”. Selecting Win USB V6.1.7600

I am thinking that maybe the RTL-SDR V4 Blog dongles are not suitable to run on the SparkSDR application??

I Look forward to any advice/guidance etc.

Best 73 from “Down Under”.
