Problem with PTT and Tune

I'd like to ask for your advice regarding my Spark SDR. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if I have something configured incorrectly in the program ? I should add that I have filters and PA enabled in the settings. My problem with the Spark SDR is that when I press PTT or Tune in the app, where SWR, current draw, and power are displayed, I get strange values, for example, SWR of 5. No power information is displayed either. To be clear, when using other apps, such as Thetis or SDR Console, transmission works normally and power is displayed. Of course, the SWR is also normal. It's definitely not an issue with the antennas or cables, as they are fine. I use them daily and regularly check them with an antenna analyzer. I've attached screenshot of what it looks like. Does anyone have any ideas? Is this a bug in the program? I've tested both the Mac and Windows versions, and the same results on both. What's more, I've tested them on two different Hermes Lite 2s, and the same results. I'm interested in Spark SDR because it's probably the only program that works seamlessly on my MacBook. For other programs, like Thetis, I have to use a different computer or a virtual machine.
