No audio on rx?

Folks,
I’ve got my Hermes connected, I can turn the radio on/off, but I’m hearing no audio. I’ve checked output which is set to my MacBook speakers, and I can change the radio to a given band. Is there another place I should check?

Hi Justin,

not sure what is happening here, normally the only things that stop audio are :- wrong device, muted by clicking on the speaker or the threshold setting in usb/lsb.

What version are you running ?

We did a screenshare to take a look. This is what I saw in the program:

Stopped SparkSDR

$ mv settings settings-old

Started SparkSDR

I think Justin is going to send the settings-old directory.
