Good Morning Sparks!
GREAT JOB this past Friday at the Conference meet. We finished the meet with over 60 season and/or lifetime PR's! WAY TO GO!
Reminder that this afternoon we will be voting for end of season awards. All should plan to attend the first 15 minutes of practice. Also, please bring your banquet slip and payment at this time. All checks should be written out to Kizzy Bell.
For those continuing on to Sections-
As discussed yesterday, practice times will begin to shorten as we go through taper. Times will fluctuate based on visualization time, relay work, individual stroke and turn work etc. For today, plan on a 6:15 finish time, and then times will begin to briefly decrease after this. Next week, practices will conclude between 5:15 and 5:30. Don't forget your goal card for practice today!
