Good Morning Sparks!
We are beginning our school hours practice schedule this week. Practices are 3:45-6:15 M-F.
This Tuesday is our first meet- Conference Preview. The meet is at 6pm at Humboldt HS. The bus will leave from Highland at 4:30pm and return to Highland upon completion of the meet (appx 8:15pm). The bus will only be going to Highland so SPA athletes please plan accordingly.
I am attaching the list of Wednesday athletes.
Thursday- be sure to have dryland clothes.
