Also cannot load files

Hi,

I would like to demonstrate Spark to our bioinformatics journal club, but I cannot load the files.

I pasted the contents of the Spark.log below.

I get the same error with all region files, and I encountered it on two different computers.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Julia,

Thanks very much for your interest in Spark. 

I haven't been able to reproduce the error yet. A couple of questions that may help track it down:

1. What OS you are using? What version of Java?

2. Are you able to download the regions file directly in your browser from http://www.genboree.org/EdaccData/Spark/Current-Release/regions/CpGs/CpG_Islands_hg19.gff ?

3. Does the "Example" analysis available on the launch page load correctly for you?

I have attached the CpG_Islands_hg19.gff file here - you could also try loading a locally stored copy of this file instead of selecting from the "Spark Regions Sets".
