cannot load files

I tried to load both bigwig and bed files but it keeps telling me that it cannot find the files...

any help?

Thanks for your interest in Spark. 

It would be helpful if you could provide a bit more information about the problem: 

- When does this error occur? While using the File:New menu item to create a new clustering? Are you able to successfully browse for local data tracks and add them to the Input Data Tracks table in the first step of that process?

- What operating system and Java version are you using?

- The Spark.log file may contain helpful error messages (found in a directory called Spark_Cache). It would be helpful if you could share the contents of that file.
