must i install scala on worker node?

must i install scala on worker node when deploy spark Standalone Mode ? or is it ok just install on master

You need to have scala on all nodes, including the workers.

If you use the binary distribution (make-distribution.sh), there is no need to install Scala at all on any nodes.
