All 3 Windows 2000 machines (with Office XP/2002) I have further problems with ("The converter failed to open the file") and I still need Version 2 (or 1) of the Compatibility Pack. But the above steps have fixed the PC with Windows 2000 and Office 2003.

Images of text present readable information within an image (e.g., an image of a table, a photo of a quote, or a scanned image of a news article). Images of text are not accessible to all readers, including individuals using screen readers, screen magnifiers, and text-to-speech software. Text contained in an image cannot be selected, copied, or edited. When an image of text is increased in size, the clarity of the text degrades.

I have an employee who uses One Note for most everything they do. They have over 10gb of One Note Notebooks created. We have recently upgraded from Office 2013 to Office 365 cloud based. Now, none of the notebooks will open, we get an error that states the new version of One Note can't open the older versions of the files. How can I resolve this? The employee is freaking out because all of the information used on a daily basis that has been gathered over the last 7 or 8 years is in these notebooks.
