False positive "duplicate" contacts should now be fixed

Over the past few weeks several users have reported seeing lots of
contacts being reported as duplicates when in fact they weren't. We've
tracked down the problem to a bit of code that was being too
aggressive in identifying duplicates and have told it to calm down.
The problem should now be fixed.
