I'm getting thiseerror statement:

Oct 11 13:35:27 -- *** SecKeychainAddGenericPassword failed with error
-25293

I've just installed spanning sync and it creates me as a user, but
then after it competes a sync, it wipes me out and gives me a red
light indicator on the menu bar

Suggestions?

Hi Neal,

It looks like something is keeping Spanning Sync from creating its
keychain items. I'd suggest running 'Keychain First Aid':

*Open Keychain Access
*Click on the Keychain Access menu
*Select 'Keychain First Aid' from the menu
*Enter your password and select 'Repair' on the right
*Click the 'Start' button
*Sign into Spanning Sync using your Google account info

I tried this solution, but have the same issue still.

I log in via system prefs with my *Google Apps* account.
The log in is successful
I sync. It shows an indication that it's syncing.
The menu bar icon turns red again.
The calendars don't appear to be syncing.
