Syncing between Mac Adress Book and Google Contacts not working

I set up Spanning Sync. I did a replace data on google. This removed
all my contacts from their groups/folders. Syncing between Mac
Address Book and Google contacts should include placing contacts into
folders/groups. Also, I created a new contact in Mac Address Book,
synced, and the new contact did not sync to Google Contacts.

I have Sync Contacts selected. Sync both ways is selected. All
contacts is selected. But nothing is syncing. The only thing
Spanning Sync did was to remove all my contacts from my groups/folders
in Google Contact.

In short, Spanning is not working.

I am having exactly the same issue. Contact Sync is not working anymore, Calendar Sync works though.

Please advise!

Just loaded Spanning Sync and after hours of attempts, Mac Address
Book will not sync with Google Contacts. Have 14 more days left on
the free trial and then they lose a sale. Please fix and at the very
least respond to this thread.

Hi Chris,

Could you email us a troubleshooting report?

* Open the pref pane
* Click Advanced
* Click Create Report
* Email the file that appears on your desktop to
sup...@spanningsync.com
