I have SS set to sync every 30min which seems to work if I am at the
computer that runs SS, which I'm not for most of the day, if I'm at
the computer the schedule is honored, if I'm not at the computer the
schedule is not honored. I haven't exactly pined down when it stops
working but it seems to take a few hours of idle. The computer does
not appear to be going to sleep, it is set not to go to sleep and the
monitor lights up much quicker than from sleep. Any thoughts to get SS
to honor the schedule.

Hi,

Some things to check for:

* Make sure Spanning Sync is running (the icon is in the menu bar).
* Make sure you're logged in when it needs to be syncing (e.g.,
someone isn't logging this account out).
* Make sure the computer is actually awake. If you have an optical
mouse, the light under the mouse will turn off when the computer
sleeps, which is a pretty good indicator. If it's a laptop, the light
near the latch will pulsate when it's sleeping.
* Make sure Apple Sync Services isn't waiting on some information from
you, like a request to resolve conflicts. Sometimes this window gets
lost behind all the others. You can use Exposé to easily see all the
open windows.

Hope that helps.
