Ray, I am very happy using a Badass 3530 630kv motor, a 105A Badass renegade ESC, 5000 6S LiPo and a 12x6 APC e-prop

I use a BadAss 3530 570Kv, 80 Amp Rebel V2 ESC, 6S Lipo and APC 13x8e prop. Your Kaos should have plenty of clearance for that prop. 

This combo works great on my 8# Daddy Rabbit and Deception.

Does that speed controller let you use a separate battery for the RX? Or does it power motor and RX?

I think that can be accomplished with any speed controller by cutting the positive lead on the line from the speed control to the receiver????

The ESC will power the Rx but I use a separate 6V NiMH receiver battery.
