I am sending as usual, emails to report spam.
But I am not receiving the confirmation email to finish the process.
Any problem with the server ?

There doesn't seem to be a problem. Go to the website and see if you have
unreported spam. If you do, then probably you need to reset your email
address.

If you don't, then it means that your submissions have not been received by
spamcop. There are various reasons for that - usually your ISP has started
to block outgoing email that looks like spam.

Thanks Miss Betsy.
What do you mean with reset my email ?
I know my submissions are received by spamcop because I checked the logs

The problem with top posting is that it interferes with your reading and
comprehending what was said before. Instead of posting your words on
top, if you trim and context, that demonstrates that you have read
everything which has been said before.

I'll rearrange your previous post and MB's with trimming to illustrate
how approximating the response shows the reading discrepancy.

>> There doesn't seem to be a problem.

That MB part means that there isn't a problem for other people with the
server. However, if spamcop gets any kind of a bounce even once when it
tries to confirm, then it stops trying to send you a confirmation at the
reporting address which bounced.

>> Go to the website and see if
>> you have unreported spam.

Those are specific instructions where she tells you to go to the website
and see if you had unreported spam, but instead of responding to those
specific instructions to determine if you had unreported spam, you went
to the next statement which is supposed to come after you check for
unreported spam.

>> If you do, then probably you need to
>> reset your email address.

That MB part means, if you have gone to the reporting website and logged
in here: http://www.spamcop.net/

... that you would have determined that you had unreported spam. That
means that on some previous attempt to send you a confirmation, the
confirmation failed. But, instead, because you are a top poster, you
don't actually read everything which is in the post to which you reply,
but instead you are struck by a question and you stop reading and hit
reply and start typing. If you had properly contextualized your reply,
you would have been putting your question right underneath the
instructions to go to the website which you didn't do.

>> If you don't, then it means that your submissions have not been
>> received by spamcop.

This is MB explicitly instructing you that the most essential diagnostic
test is to determine whether or not you do or you do not have unreported
spam. Those explicit instructions were ignored by you when you decided
to jump to a set of instructions which apply to only one fork in the
troubleshooting tree and not the other.

>> There are various reasons for that - usually
>> your ISP has started to block outgoing email that looks like spam.

This is MB explaining that if there is not unreported spam, that the
resolution of the problem involves a problem with the provider
interfering with SC receiving your submissions.

Then, after she says all of those instructions and discriminatory
troubleshooting, you turn around and ask, after stating:

<GB>

> I know my submissions are received by spamcop because I checked the
> logs

What does that mean? Does that mean you do or you do not have
unreported spam? If that means that you /do/ have unreported spam, then
and only then is this next question appropriate

> What do you mean with reset my email ?

If you have unreported spam because spamcop's confirmation mails have
ceased to be sent to you, that is different than if you do not have
unreported spam:

From the forum:
http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=1848 Emailed Spam
Submissions Disappearing?, No Confirmation e-mails?

<then follows a lengthy troubleshooting description, which MB
abbreviated and you ignored>

4. If none of the above turns out to the issue in your situation, the

I hope I can understand everything you said.
My english is not that good enough.

Before posting something, I was at the forums reading trying to find a
solution.
One of the possible solutions to find the problem explained in that link is:
The temporary solution is to submit the spam via the web site cut-and-paste
method.
I can't find a way to submit the spam via the web site yet.

>>> Go to the website and see if
>>> you have unreported spam.

I was at the website. But I just can't find a way to check If I had
unreported spam.
When I login, I have the following options.
Statistics, Control Center, Preferences, Request Reports and Show Routes.
I found this link by accident to check the history of my reports.
I did not know this when I posted some questions.

This means I am the ISP and I checked the logs in my email server.

I know the message was accepted by spamcop server.

I did it

Have a nice day

You can not submit spam from that account / page. What you are
seeing is the ISP Account Control Center ... which is not a SpamCop
Reporting Account web-page.
http://forum.spamcop.net/scwik/SpamCopReportingAccounts offers some
definition. As you state you are an ISP, you probably will an to
leave that 'account' in place. To actually submit your spam for
Parsing & Reporting, you will need to generate an actual Reporting
Account, using a different e-mail address.

> I know the message was accepted by spamcop server.

But not 'sent' to a Reporting Account .. so basically 'lost' ....

In that case, Don will probably revert that account to a Reporting
Account, which means that if you want to continue to use an ISP
Account, you'll have to generate that 'second' account, again using
a different e-mail address.

For the record.

The problem was I was using the same email account to receive reports about
spam abuse from my network.
I did not know this, I did it so many years, so, I created another email
account and now I can continue reporting spams.

Thanks for the feedback. I didn't understand what was going on until
Wazoo explained something you said:
