This means that you're using iCloud photo library and optimize phone storage. Therefore this content is stored in the cloud and not on your iPhone. That's why an internet connection is required. Apple didn't enable this, you did.

For all OneDrive mobile sync, sharing, and upload issues, make sure you can connect to the Internet. Some apps and features may only work with Wi-Fi, depending on your device settings, or your mobile data plan.

I ended up finding that my issue was in regards to my Network Center. Ensure that the wifi you are connected to is sharing internet, with the VirtualBox wifi adapter. This configuration is under the adapter settings in Network and Sharing Center.

So far I had to have customers payments failing (due to internet issues) and them checking their bank app to make sure the payment didnt go through for them THEN I had to restart the app to get the payment through.

If your Wi-Fi is off, make sure the Wi-Fi setting is turned on before connecting to a Wi-Fi network. You can also turn on the Auto Join setting to ensure your iOS device connects to trusted networks automatically.

When you use Safari or Spotlight in iOS, iPadOS, or macOS, your searches are sent to Apple servers along with contextual information like your location or actions taken in the search session to provide you with the most relevant suggestions. This information is associated with a random identifier, not your Apple ID, so that searches and locations are not connected to you personally. For suggestions in Spotlight and Safari, a new random identifier is generated every 15 minutes, and your precise location is never shared with the server. Instead, an approximate location from your device is sent using location fuzzing. You can choose to disable suggestions in Spotlight and Safari. If you choose to disable location-based suggestions, Apple will still use your IP address to determine a general location to make suggestions more relevant.

iCloud Photos is a nifty iPhone feature that saves every photo and video you take to the cloud, allowing you to access your library from any device at any time. Any changes you make to your collection on one device are replicated across all of your other devices.

Because iCloud is a web-based service, iCloud Photos may not sync when your internet connection is iffy. To ensure your connection is good, check to see if other apps can connect to the internet or try to launch a new web address in your browser.

iCloud syncs photos when the device is plugged in and connected to Wi-Fi. So, if iCloud Photos isn't syncing properly, find the nearest outlet and plug your iPhone in. Then, make sure your iPhone can connect to Wi-Fi while you leave it alone to charge and sync.

iCloud Photos is an excellent feature for syncing media across your Apple devices. If you take advantage of it, make sure you have everything set up and running smoothly so that it serves its purpose.

Go to your phone's settings app and check to make sure your cellular data is switched on. You should also try to use the internet on your phone to make sure you're not in an area with slow or bad reception.

In many cases, the browser won't work correctly because of the history. Hence, if Safari says not connected to internet, clear the Safari history, cache, and website data. By doing it, your Safari will work smoothly. Here is how you can clear history and website data.

If Safari cannot open the page because your iPhone is not connected to the internet, then you can restart your iPhone. Restarting can fix many iPhone small issues like apps not working all of a sudden.

I have very little networking experience so I will attempt to explain the connection process in laymen's terms. The base of the monitor is a wireless networking device with its own SSID. The setup process requires the phone with the app to be on the same 2.4ghz network to which the base will be connected. Following the setup wizard links the base to the 2.4ghz home wifi and then tries to get the app to recognize and register the monitor base station through what I assume is WPS connection. In my conversations with tech support we ensured that the base was connected to the 2.4ghz band of my router and that the base firmware was up to date. I also made sure the 2.4ghz band was in mixed bg mode and not bgn per their recommendations. I have combed through the router settings looking for anything obvious, but again the monitor worked fine on the same network two years ago and as far as I can tell the only things that have changed are the app and our cell phones. I've tried disabling the wpa key and firewall with no success. Any ideas or does this sound like an issue with the app? Thank you for your help.

To fix slow Wi-Fi, stop running background programs that consume bandwidth, avoid signal interference, and make sure your network equipment is working properly. Regularly scan for viruses and look into upgrading your equipment or internet plan.

You can of course cast to your Roku TV what you are already watching on your mobile device. To use casting, the supported app must be installed on both your mobile device and your Roku streaming device. You must also make sure to connect your phone or tablet to the same wireless network as your Roku device.

If you are unable to cast Netflix from your phone to your Roku TV even though you have downloaded the Netflix app on both devices and they are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, there are a few things you can try:

Note: The Screen Cast icon may be located in different locations depending on your Android phone model and version of Android. If you can't find it in the Quick Settings panel, try searching for it in the Settings app. Additionally, not all Android phones support screen casting, so make sure your device is compatible before attempting to cast.

When you are using WhatsApp, or any internet connected app, your data is being kept safe from surveillance and your device is being protected against hackers who have compromised the wifi network you are using.

Your device connects to the hue bridge through your wireless network, please ensure your wifi is on on your device and that you are connected to the same wireless network coming from the router your bridge is plugged into.

Even though all the lights are solid on your hue bridge, you may still not be able to connect. First we want to make sure the device or phone you are trying to connect with is on the right network. We can confirm this by following this link on the device:

The Philips Hue system does NOT require an internet connection for all features. To just be able to control your hue lights through the application, your hue bridge will need to be connected to a network, meaning the bridge will need to be plugged into a router and your device connected to the same wireless connection that router is broadcasting. If you need to be able to control your hue lights away from home, you will need an internet connection.
