if not, You need to reach out to nebula Support Sup...@seenebula.com who would provide you the code and steps to enable it, after which you should be able to install it from the Google Play store for your region.
If you use the remote that comes with the nebula max, use the arrow keys to navigate to the settings and then press ok once it gets highlighted. This will allow you to change what you need, just make sure to.navigate back to the play bar otherwise you may end up exiting what you are watching

We use this the capsule II at least once a week for movie nights and it's great! The quality is great and easy to use. My only complaint would be we are having trouble using Netflix on it. All other platforms seem to work easily though.
