Issue: running simInit() when using CRAN version of reproducible

Dear SpaDES community,

There is an unresolved issue with the CRAN version of reproducible that is causing an error when running simInit() - if using modules that require spatial manipulation tools (e.g. raster functions).

However, this issue is resolved on the  sideEffectAsPath branch of the GitHub reproducible repository. So re-installing reproducible from this branch seems to allow running simInit() and spades() smoothly:

devtools::install_github("PredictiveEcology/reproducible@sideEffectAsPath")
