SPADE and simulation

hello 

i work with spade wich every agent is simulating a distribution and need informations from other agents. my question is : how we simulate the whole system ( time step)? is it possible to work with simpy library ? or to create some global agent to monitor the time step between agents. but this will take more time and more interactions.
