signalP not working, where is the problem?

1. Uncompress/untar signalP package

tar -xvzf ~/Downloads/signalp-4.0e.Linux.tar.Z

(2)Edit the paragraph labeled "General settings, Customize"
set

$ENV{SIGNALP} = '/home/msi/gaoll/bin/signalp-4.0';

my $outputDir = "/project/bradeenj/gaoll/tmp";

(3) Test signalP on the 10 eukaryotic sequences
 > cd $SIGNALP
        > ./signalp -t euk -f short test/euk10.fsa > euk10.fsa.short_out

"test/euk10.fsa" is not a valid format. It can be "summary" or"short" or "long" or "all"

I suppose this issue has been resolved.
